Marcelo is a professional with a background in Environmental Management and Administration, with international experience in the areas of water sports, strategic management, and environmental education.

He began his sporting journey at age 13 with Yoga and Jiu-Jitsu, achieving a black belt and developing skills such as discipline, resilience, and leadership—fundamentals that are now directly applied to his work as an instructor and entrepreneur.

Before getting the black belt, a knee injury led him to professional diving, expanding his career to the international scene. Since then, he has built experience in countries in Asia, Europe, and Latin America, working as a professional diver, specialized surf photographer, and kitesurfing instructor.

Marcelo is a certified kitesurfing instructor by the International Kiteboarding Organization (IKO), with teaching experience in Greece, Belgium, Colombia, Portugal and Brazil. He uses a structured methodology, focusing on safety, personalized technical progression, and excellence in training beginner and advanced students.
